HOW WE DID IT
Our client was looking for meaningful ways to initiate a collaborative culture in its newly formed sector, so we designed the day around the unifying theme of Our People, Our Purpose, Our Passion.
To kick off engagement from the outset, delegates were invited via our bespoke delegate registration platform, followed by teaser mails building up excitement to the event.
Camden House met our client's brief perfectly with a modern feel that brought a positive vibe to the day's core business update presentations. The space offered plenty of opportunities for the collaboration activities we brought to life: purposeful interactive strategy sessions, fresh team ice-breaker activities and a huge pledge board on which to share valuable collaboration commitments.
To keep the community spirit going, delegates were encouraged to continue to share their progress and ideas on a dedicated sector community website we built for them. This is still in use with plans to expand, becoming an integral part of the sector's ongoing comms strategy.
