ISS leadership event

Feb 15, 2016

This January the MEDIAmaker team embarked on a three week adventure to manage a roadshow for the world's leading facility provider.

First stop on our action-packed tour was Wembley Stadium. Here the Mm team hosted a fun-packed event for the company's 300 top leaders. Planned around achieving excellence, the event was set to inspire the delegates as they experienced the iconic venue of Wembley - home of winners.

The day started with a team-building Guinness World Record attempt, which involved having the highest number of people playing "convict football" at the same time. Balloons were tied to the players' legs and all of the balloons had to be popped before the game could be completed.

The idea behind the world record attempt was to inspire the delegates that they could achieve anything. Previously the record stood at 250 players, but our 280 delegates smashed this to become the new record holders.

Throughout the event we used technology solutions (including RFID) to create fully engaging and fun workshops.

The day ended with an exciting tour of Wembley Stadium, adding an extra special treat to reward our delegates for their successful day.

But it didn't stop there...

The Mm team then went on a five stop tour of the UK, sharing the event with 3,000 employees from the client's regional offices.

Including stops in Scotland, Ireland and London, the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to create a seamless, memorable experience for all who attended.

Feedback has been excellent, with our client seeing new ways to engage their team.
